Although strictly not Exterminatus related im sure many followers will enjoy playing the original Rival Species, and im sure the server will come in handy when it comes to hosting our own Exterminatus server too  :wink:

SERVER RULES:
No intentional Team kills
No Racism.
Watch your language, mild swearing is acceptable on occasions after 9PM GMT
An admins decision is final.
Please speak English. This is just so we know whats going on.
Do not harass admins for map changes. If they say no they mean no.
Help new players out, you were all young and new once.
Try, for the love of the gods, to work as a team!
The use of ANY form of cheat/exploit will result in a permanent ban with no appeal. This includes map exploits. If you think it is a bug report it to the Rival Species forums.
Don’t spam the voice comms with irrelevant noise. Try and use them for the game.

Server Seeding:
That is, when the server is empty, get on it! alot of people go by "if i see someone on i'll join" so if its empty sit on it for a few mins and people should start joining

This sounds great, i can try that server seeding, but would need to be instant messaged to get me back in the game. I'm gonna redownload it and starting tomorrow sit in the server as long as it takes to get people in there. if any of you see this and want to play, my screen name is NeoviperJP, thats on AIM by the way. I have never actually never played a rival species game with more than me in it just messing about.

The last few days there have been quite a few players on the server, usually in the evening, after around 1900 (GMT).  

Drop into the irc channel #wh40k or #rspecies2 as this is where most of the people who play regularly can be contacted  :D

Sorry for writing on this forum but I just cant register on forum RS1. Do admins from RS1 forum could solve reg problem ? Anything I do it tells me "nickname already used" point is i just click "yes im above 13 and i accept rules.." .

well, it should work Diakon. ill takje a look if your name is really already taken. hwoever, you can indeed ask here.

the phasing out however, will take a little while... basically till i find someone that is willing, to hand me a new RS skin for simplemachines.

The problem is i didnt even start to input my nick ;) I just clicked that im over 13 and i agree for terms thats all next screen is "this nickname is already ....". Nvm.

I joined today to the server, was quite fun playing 3v3 :) Thought a bit lagy ...

the server is based in London so if your not in the UK or mainland europe it can get a bit hellish.

if your from australia your looking at a ping of 300-500 minimum.

Just to let everyone know a game of rs was played tongiht and its still running when i make this post, we had a total of 12 players in max and the game started at 7:30 ish and its now 11:30.

the lowest amout of players was 6, there was much carnage.

im knackered, but damn there was pwnage.
