heres the format i was thinking about for newsletters and the like. Bahl and me talked about it and we would like some input on it and if its approperate or right for the task.

Be Informed that as is the will of the Emperor the following tactical changes have arrisen in the last 48 hours, be advised that this will once again change the face of the battlefield.
   The following information is restricted to Omega level clearance, Be advised any leaks will result in the Emperor mercy being applied to the induviduals involved as they are clearly unable to continue serving the Emperor.

As of 1800 hours yesterday the Imperial Guard 131st recon have arrived in the combat zone and begun fighting for the glory of the Emperor. Imperial assults origionally spearheaded by the Black Templars are being re-inforced by these loyal guardsmen so that the forces of the Adepts Astaris can be better assiged roles they excell at.

Be aware there has been sightings that the Xenos orks have deployed some sort of heritcal device they refer to as a “burna”, it appears to mimic our own golorious Flamers in operation. These induviduals should be killed on sight for this blastphemy as this flame is clearly not for the purification of the unclean.

Due to the extended period in which the Black Templars of the Adepts Astaris have been operating in this sub-sector their forces have become depleted and as such deployment of there more specilised gear is being done now on a merit based system as to conserver their forces now the Imperial Guard has arrived. Those that show proficancy in the killing of the enemy as well as the completing of objects will be rewarded by accesss to better equipment. It is likely this system will be applied to all combatants as this war rages on.
   An additional effect of this is that due to losses in the field the Black Templars have lowered numbers available so squad sizes have been cut in half. Even with these limitations they still hold their own on the battle field, truly they are the Emperors Wrath incarnate.

Commander be advised that a series of unidentified craft have been seen in a near by sector, and it looks likely that an invasion  is not long away. An Adepts Astaris battlebarge is on an intercept in an attempt to learn more about the nature of these invaders.
   At this time we are unable to identify the race that these craft origionate from, Should any other commanders out there have information leading to positive identification of these Xenos have an astropath contact:

Very nice, But i dont see how it connects to the website in anyway except the astropath connect thingie, But Its very realistic. Good imagination :D

Now we just need a newsletter to apply the format to  :wink:

It would be really nice to have an on-site log of the IRC chats, especially since I can't join them.
Just the meaningful discussions and progress reports, not all the random chat inbetween.

There's this CS:S website i go to that has a link to their IRC and a little table showing whose on, I'll ask them how they got it. Or ill try and find the link to the site so you can go see.
