Does EX need sentry guns? when i say sentry guns, i mean tarantula turrets or heavy bolter emplacements... now these wont work (atleast for now), but can be used as props.... for example, they will be offline (not in working status) on a point, to show that once this point was defended but was overrun from whatever..... so, are sentry guns needed? Just props, not class related or anything...

there already half built, so currently we dont need them.

I think he means they already have turret props half built.

Had a talk with Typh, he's making a tarantula turret, almost done. But i was talking bout the kinda that you use in DoW 1 (and any subsequent expansion), He said they werent part of the original 40k lore (or something similar). Well if i cant do the SM ones (For now), Do you need the Heavy Bolter Turrets used by Imperial Guard? or bunkers (AKA barracks)?

some of the forgeworld ones, you should probably finish your other projects first however before beginning working on something else.

Drop-pod is proving quite hard, because of the doors.... so to relieve stress tis better to go on other projects... Lamp Post is done, uv mapped, all i need to know is how many version of lamp posts does EX need? 0 branch version, 1 branch version and 2 branch version is done, do we need a 3 and 4 branch version? perhaps a 5 branch version?

Not sure if this has already been mentioned or not but will they work?  I am thinking no but I thought I'd best ask anyway.  They are such good models that I just expect them to open fire at any moment!  ;D

Initially they will just be props to look atmospheric.  We might find a case where they can be active in a later version of the mod (spawn protection maybe?).

You can always have them work so they can be put into the map's objectives for one team, such as having to shut them off to get to other points ect
