This month we've been adding navigational aides and polishing up aspects of Exterminatus that have been on the sidelines and started work on content for the next version. During testing it became evident that the players were having difficulty keeping up with which team held which objective, to solve this we have added a HUD display showing the objectives in the 3D view as the icons of the team that holds them. Typheron has been continuing his mapping work on "dig site", adjusting to the newly visible objectives.

We've also been working on the muzzle flashes of the bolt weapons, to bring them more in-line with GW art style (much bigger than regular HL2 muzzle flashes). Mindblighter, who made the eerie Zoanthrope model for version 1, has been modelling, sculpting and texturing a Genestealer to add to the swarm of creatures in our Tyranid hoard. It's too late in the development of version 1 to start adding another class, but we plan to see the stealer join the swarm soon after, so here is a sneak peek at what's coming...

With the few issues remaining and shortage of maps, it looks like were still a few months away from anything we'd care to share publicly, but the end is in sight.
