Eklion, there are a couple of groups on steam who try to do regular games each weekend. Try "The Right Hand of The Emperor" (RHE). We do games regularly and are trying to get this game more active. Otherwise just the Ex game group would do as you could get regular games out of that as well.

The main problem with the sword is it's reach. The nid has longer range to it's claws. The vet is not really meant to be a fighting class as much as a capping class. You will notice that they move much faster then your average marine. Don't get them unless you are going to cap. Even then you will have to take a tac or weapons marine with you to cap a nid point. Thus the vet really is for players who know what they are doing. However, I do think that the sword could use a bit more length and range.

Yeah, the txt is in the mod folder. I copied it to the synergy folder and such. But that didn't work. It's just weird. The mod will run but the server won't start due to that problem. I got it to sort of set up the server by moving the txt file into the synergy folder, but then of course I couldn't start the mod.

Hello. I have taken over the server creation duties for RHE. Now i followed the instructions in the manual and tried to do both an listen server and a dedicated. So i downloaded the synergy dedicated server like it says and followed the directions. However when I try to start the game a error shows up with "c:/program/gameinfo.txt is missing" Now what is going on and where am i supposed to put the text file to get it and ex to work at the same time? Or can I only have one at a time?

Very good! I feel that you caught the feeling of the space marines quite well. You didn't use modern lingo (like some other stories on this forum). You also kept the marines having that epic yet human feel to them.
