The team will be monitoring this thread daily to try and resolve any issues you might encounter.  Please read the entire thread before posting your own issue, someone else may have already encountered and overcome the same problem.

See the Installation instructions in the manual, your questions may have already been answered there.

The "Cannot connect to VAC server" bug.  I don't know if anyone else has had this problem, but I installed using the self-extractor and every time I joined a game I would get the "Cannot connect to VAC server" error within the first 3 or so minutes,

Remedy: uninstall and used the ZIP archive instead.
