"We get the job dun fast" ch 1.

This is a story about a squad of marines facing a whole army of orks, hope you like it. Some of the stuff  I know a lot about, some of the stuff I need to brush up on.

The drop pod ripped against the dense jungle trees and then landed safely on the ground.
The doors of it slidded open steadily, out came force commander Raven Claw, he was tall and big, his gold stud on his head shinned in the sun on the planet. As he walked across the drop pod doors he noticed there was gunfire near his position there was more than just a few guns firing, a lot of them, he tried to figure out where it was coming from then he pin pointed it. "To the north, it sounds like Xenos and heretics to purge." said Raven Claw on his radio to his brothers. "Command it sounds like there is more than a small amount of orks on this planet." said one of the marines. "Roger that, we are picking up radio distress calls from a near by squad that dropped near you're position, it seems we may have underestimated the orks on the planet." "Squad on me! where on search and rescue duty." said Raven Claw. They walked threw the dense jungle as the firing continued, it was getting louder as they approached the position of the near by marines. Raven Claw heard something close near him, it sounded like foot steps, more like stomps, as it got closer it fired but not at his squad, near the marines that needed rescued. They came into the clearing of part of the jungle, they saw the squad of marines hiding behind cover, they're were many orks about 50 of them, lots of them just shooting them. Raven Claw rushed towards the orks with his chain sword taking out 3 of them, while his two heavy bolters set up by near by cover, the scout squad of his climbed a near by tree and started to fire they're snipers, then the assault marines used they're jump packs and landed near the slugga boys charging to kill the marines hiding behind the cover. "Oi! er's some moar humie's!! kill em!!!"
said the orks that what trying to kill Raven Claw, Raven Claw shoved his chain sword in one of the orks chest, the other ork beside him threw his axe but missed by inches Raven Claw slashed and purged each ork that tried to kill him. The Heavy Bolters fired, the first few rounds killed many orks that were in the open, the scouts started firing and threw grenades at the orks in the open also, while the marines behind cover got up and started firing again. Ork after ork after ork started to fall to the ground dead, just when the last of the orks where about to be purged from Raven Claws chain sword a stomping sound was being heard from all around, a big creature was obviously coming to the clearing of the jungle. The sound of the stomping stoped for a few moments while a roar from a squig raged, then what sounded like a charge sound was heard, the suig showed its full body now, it looked like as big as a house. The cannon on top of it fired at Raven Claw, it hit near him knocking him of his feet and into a tree, Raven Claw was not finished yet though, he knew what to do when a squig appeared on a battle field. The marines and heavy bolters all focused on the head of the squig, that was where the suig was not heavly armored, then the scouts shot there too, the assault marines jumped on the back of it where the saddle was and the cannon where, Raven Claw started to dig at its feet with his chain sword. The assault marines now tossed a satchel charge in the cannon then broke a hole in the saddle and tossed a grenade in, then they jumped off and landed on the ground. The grenade and satchel both went off without a stall, Raven claw was digging at the bone of the squig, the squig was roaring and shrieking with rage then trying to shake off Raven Claw it stomped, Raven claw let go and fell back a few feet while dark red blood came from the squigs leg. The eye of the squig had been hit by a sniper shot not too soon, it was not blind out of one eye, Raven Claw jumped to his feet then rushed too the squig and dug at the bone, this time snapping it. The squigs leg fell on Raven Claw, Raven Claw desperately tried to move but couldn't, as it fell Raven Claw was crushed. You could hear the sound of the chain sword rumbling about though under the squig, it looked as if it was tearing threw flesh, then Raven Claws chain sword could be seen coming out of the squigs flesh

      This story is about ultra marines landing on the jungle planet of Tarunus V currently occupied by the ork horde...

As force Commander Raven Claw bursts out of the squigs leg more drop pods where landing down on the planet, as Commander Raven Claw looks up at the skies battle cruisers strike massive powers of plasma cannons and bombs onto the jungle planet. Commander Raven Claw saw where the space marines once where when he first came into the clearing minutes ago, they're where two drop pods which consisted of a scout squad (2 of them), heavy bolters (2 of them) and a regular marine squad (5 of them). "Commander Raven Claw, we heard of you're approach from command on the platinicttium III may the Emperor guide us all..."
"Agreed, we shall press on and purge this scourge." replied Commander Raven Claw. The marines pressed on, a voice crackled on the radio in Raven Claws ears "Force Commander Raven Claw, this is command on the platinicttium III you're objectives are to seize the hill near the Ork camp with a Bad Moonz clan banner." "Objectives noted, proceeding search and destroy mission." replied Raven Claw. A battle cruiser in the sky sank to the planets surface after being hit by several ork cannons on the hill "Squad we are on search and destroy mission,destroy the ork camp near the hill." The hill itself was not to far off, less than 1/4 than a mile, as Raven Claws squad neared the hill dark purple lightning clouds raged the sky above them, no doubt within there minds that this was the warp coming into approach in space. Force Commander Raven Claw and the squads of marines where right outside of the ork encampment, hiding within the trees " Scouts, set up Heavy Bolters behind the marines, all the rest on me into the front of the camp." said Raven Claw on his radio to the squads. Raven Claw rushed to the base with about 15 marines following him "Oi, umies! get em!" yelled one of the orks. The camp must have had more than 300 orks within it manning cannons and rushing to kill the marines. "For the emperor! yelled Commander Raven Claw" yelled Raven Claw, "WAGGGHHHH!" roared the ork horde as they clashed together. Drop pods where seen landing close by, thousands of them soon they would join the fight. Raven Claws storm bolter ripped into the orks flesh, killing at least 7 of the them but his chain sword ripped threw more than we can count, orks cluttered around him but where quickly shot down by the Assault marines and Space Marines behind the commander. As Raven Claw was ripping threw them he had not noticed a ork machine rushing towards him with deadly saw blades on it, soon the machine came close and swiped at Raven Claw sawing into his shoulder armor Raven claws lightning fast reflexes with a chain sword in hand, sawed the arm of the machine. His shoulder looked as if a near scratch once he looked over at it, it was bleeding, the ork machine had clearly ripped threw his armor and saw parts of his shoulder. The drop pod marines where already joining the fray as Raven Claws marines rushed towards him, as they ran too him some of the space marines fell and where pinned by orks, assault marines ripped into the orks to save Raven Claw. When they where nearly reaching him a large blast hit the ground, Raven Claw looked up and saw tyranid swarm pods pounding the planet. "Commander get up we have to go!" a marine yelled in his ear as Raven Claw was pulled up, thousands of ork where now running into the battle. Commander Raven Claw issued a order for all men to pulled back at a rally point, the orks had now outnumbered them from 5 to 1 and more where still coming. Tyranid warriors shrieked and roared threw the crowds of orks and ravenors unearthed the earth devouring the orks, Raven Claw radioed command but he only got static...
