Several suggestions here, bear with me if they've already been mentioned.
1. Warriors are by far underpowered in open combat. Either give them some some of leaping/lunging ability with a cooldown, or allow Warriors to stack 3 Deathspitter shots instead of two. I can see the Deathspitter being alot more effective as a burst weapon. As per the new codex, the deathspitter is an Assault 3 Weapon now, so I think it would make more sense to treat it as a three shot burst weapon.
2. The Heavy Marine needs a good ol accuracy decrease. I'd suggest making him have to deploy before he can get good accuracy.
3. Resupply stations are warranted, or perhaps the ability to spend a few points on extra ammo before respawning?
4. Zoanthropes have some serious problems with usability. What I would suggest for Zoanthropes is a passive Warp Field that drastically reduces damage done (Or just buff its health to make it seem like it takes less damage). For the Primary and Secondary attacks, make its primary Warp Lance (New Codex) which is a non AoE powerful shot that can strike a Marine down in nearly one hit. The Secondary Fire can be Warp Blast, which has some AoE and does less damage - but also has that cloudy effect which makes it hard to see for a few moments (Warp Lance would lack this).
5. Zoanthropes height need to be reduced a bit as they have to crouch and move at the speed of a shuttle crawler to get anywhere. I'd also suggest removing fall damage for them if there is any.
6. The Carnifex has a strange zoomed in view which makes it seem awkward. Might want to move it out a bit. The Bio-Plasma also isnt very clear on how long ranged it is from a first person perspective, you might want a new effect for it.
7. Lictors seem fairly balanced for now, only thing I'd suggest is getting rid of the strange ragdoll jitter and making their cloak have a small shifting period, so it doesnt instantly flick back and forth.
8. Tactical Marines seem to throw grenades in a wierd way from their perspective. The arm doesnt arc back as far as you would think so it makes it seem like the nade went "fwoosh" at Mach 1 away from you with next to no effort.
9. Sounds for most everyone need some more work unfortunately, I know it's a early beta but they would be greatly welcomed and would make the Marines seem like they actually talk instead of being mute statues on the battlefield.
10. Veterans, oh boy. I know they have increased movement and such, but something needs to be done to give them an edge. Perhaps give them a module that lets them track allies nearby and show a beacon of their location to allied players to rally their team.
Future Additions:
11. Healer Units would be much appreciated for each team in the future, perhaps the Apothecary for the Marines and Malanthrope for the Nids. Both seem to fit the bill.
12. If you were to get an Elite unit for each race, I would suggest the Hive Guard/Broodlord for the Tyranids and Chaplain from the Marines. A Marine unit that can bash Tyranid skulls in Melee might be a useful addition (1 per team though of course). Reason I mention the Hive Guard is because it can shoot through decently thick terrain and does rediculous Ranged Damage. Broodlord is fast and rapes in Melee.
13. If you want to give Specialists an edge, perhaps give them Land Mines that they can deploy. One per Specialist though of course. Not sure what nid unit we'd give Spore Mines though.
14. Loadouts for each Class might eventually be the best option, with the ability to spend extra points on better weapons/powers/more ammo. It would help add variance to the game and promote diversity rather than Heavy/Carnifex spam.
Hope you guys consider my ideas. If one of the Devs wants to talk to me on steam or Skype my username is Visorak06, I have plenty of ideas and I'd love to discuss them with you guys.
Peace,
Vis

to Visorak06 if this offends u in any way then im sorry im just responding to your post.
1. Warriors are suppose to be underpowered in the open thats whay they are suppose to ambush and in my opinion the deathspitter does alot of dmg if your hit directly
2. the heavy marine is already inaccurate at long ranges and his accuracy is fine
3. theres a vote for the next feature this is one of them
4. zoanthropes seem fine to me but their health is a bit too low in my opinion.
5. i agree a bit with this.
6. carnifex is fine with me ad the range is pretty close with bio-plasma
7.i think they r working on the ragdoll glitch :/ 8. they r space marines they have alot of strength and throw far but a little more back arc would be fine.
9.this would be nice
10. they r fine the way they r in my opinion
11. again this is one of the new features that could be voted
12.no comment
13. specialist dont need lanmines but in my opinion the meltagun needs a buff and the model seems small
14. they r gonna implement this later on... i think.

Thank you for taking the time to write up these suggestions. I have however felt compelled to split them off from the main suggestions thread because your post doesn't follow any of the rules set out at the start of the suggestions thread.
I'm trying to treat the main suggestions thread as a "to do list", for that I need the posts to be organized.
If you'd read the rest of the thread you would know that several of your suggestions have already been made by other posters.
I'm also looking for one suggestion per post, not 14. Had I left this in the main thread, I would have treated it as one suggestion "give the deathspitter 3 shots rather than 2" (this is how i'm treating all the other multiple suggestion posts).
L.o.L : the Suggestions thread isn't for discussions, please start up a new thread if you want to discuss a suggestion in depth.

I'm sorry about that, I wasn't aware at the time. My friend just pointed me to this thread when I asked him where to post suggestions. I would've read the other suggestions but I didn't have time as I wanted to make sure I got all my points across quickly and posted before I had to leave last night. As usual I make bad first impressions, so I apologize for my rushing to get the post done. I used to be an admin on Pulsar Effect (Major GMOD Community) for a year and a half, so this irks me as much as you. I'll do my best to abide by those first post rules in the future. In the meantime, thanks "LoL" for your input. It's good to have some other PoV's on a suggestion so I can revise them. If anyone has any questions or wishes to go into greater detail on one of my suggestions, feel free to ask.

No offense or anything, its good to see people actually want to give they're ideas to the mod but it seems that there is a little to much people asking and getting answer from the same questions over and over.

Indeed a FAQ about suggestions might help, if the dev team wants I could do it so they could focus on the mod, if they need any help

http://www.40ksource.com/forum/index.php?topic=831.0it already exists, and if its not covered there then its covered here: http://www.40ksource.com/forum/index.php?topic=94.0Regardless, people are lazy and dont bother reading them, or read them and ask anyway in the hope that we will have magically changed our minds about core game stuff. Go figure.

No, we want that as it provides us with a gauge on what people are looking for. So if a great many ask for something we will look into it.
