Well I was having one of those what if moments when playing the mod and i though what if the Nids Biomorphing system like they do in 40k.

Here's what I came up in my head as to how it will work, Nid player Kills X amount of SM players or caping S.point to get 1 upgrade point.

These "Bio points" are used in a sort of load out menu like in CS were you buy guns and other stuff to help your team kill the other team. In this case using your bio point to morph's your nids into something more deadly by buying Bio cannon's, rending craws, etc...

Part of this would be that you can use these points you unlock deferent Versions of the nid you are using.

As an example say you have a Carnafex and you killed about 7 SM players you could unlock a Tyrannofex upon next spawn or here the option to morph right there but become very unprotected and can be kill easy during the morph time (say of 15sec for so...). Players can also use the points to upgrade said carnafex to have other weapons.

The same thing goes for all the other nids.
Zonathropes kill things and get points to morph into having a healing zone.
Warriors kills result in better armor and better cannons and the like.
Hormagaunts morph into termagaunts with biovores and stuff like that (that is if they are in the game i have not checked).

There's alot more that you guys could do also to make the nids more diverse, such as giving Lictors limited stealth. Thus if my idea for biomorph is used in a way player can unlock a longer lasting stealth ability.

SUG:making Carnafex lower then other smaller nids cause i found may self getting killed by one moving faster then it should.

SPACE MARINE UPGRADES SYSTEM IDEA
Now this system can work the same way for the space marines, by killing nid players & caping points will earn you "Chapter Honor Points" that you can use in the same way as the nids Bio points.Of course SM load out menu will be called something else like..... Chapters Armory or something like that.

Here you can use your points to get better wargear, such as improved bolters, power armor, relic bolters,  Terminator gear (asuming you have unlock terma honors), apoth gear, tech marine gear  (to heal dreads) and other such equipment.

Also if SM player dies and he has the points for it he can unlock the dreadnaught but i bet you guy are already doing that.

The chapter honor point idea will make the SM classes stronger like SM should be.

SQUAD IDEA
as for squading i was thinking about battlefield squad system

#1 set up squad
#2 ally teammate join squad

as long as one persons a live in sqaud you can spawn on them and also get bonus points for caping objectives with your squad saving them from death by healing them.
 
BALANCING IDEA

That really it for that, but now i know what your thinking wouldn't this make the game totally Broken?

Well yes in a way but that when i was think about games that use sort of a balancing tool or something where you can make  it so only a specific number of people can use weapons that do high damage. This will almost stop stacking and spamming of the same high damage weapons that make it hard for the other team to get kills and points.

The same thing for when picking your spawn class, say only 2 people can use 'Fex's and Dreads  and can not be in sqaud, 4 people can use Zonathropes and apoths and can use any number per sqaud, 5 can use warrior and dev marines and can use any number per squad, anyone can use gaunt and tac Marines as default or starting class with any number in a squad.

Now these are just idea, if you use them or not is all up to you the Devs it not my game so i can't add them in a try it  nor do i have  the skill to do so... But should you feel like adding some of  these ideas into the mod I'd love to see it

There is an exiting thread for Suggestions and requests that I check when i'm planning whats up next.  I suggest you separate out your individual suggestions and post each one in there.

Bio Morphs are part of the ongoing poll for what major feature we should add next, that would work in a rather similar way to as you suggested.  Medic type classes are also part of that poll ( personally I don't think medics are a good idea, they slow the game down ).

In a game like DoD limiting the number of players using a class is no issue beacuse the choice of class costs nothing.  In EX where classes are earnt limiting the number of players using a class punishes players by preventing them spending the rewards they earnt.  This should be more apparent now that players are getting rewards for the damage they do.

I did not know about that board i'll look for it, and i see what you mean with the whole limiting class use is not what you had intended. Medic class would be nice unless  SM got self healing armor
