GW will shut them down.   It's against the terms of use to mix GWs IP with anything else.   It's total conversions or nothing.  I think this will become nothing.

Total conversoins are fine, but standalone games are not?

I think that's because Heresy was too similar to Spacemarine, a commercially licensed game with similar focus using the same game engine.

To be honest I'm a little surprised this isn't shut down, course with more publicity it might. But yeah they don't like mixing Warhammer with anything else or altering it at all. They never really stopped being pissed about Warcraft.
