so , with Loxn blessing i started remaking ICHAR_4 some time ago , even before tarsis ultra.
And here is the first compile for you.

This looks like a totally other map, but Iam excited of the result and how much parallel it has with the old version. Btw your texturing looks good.

For the first look arround I have to say the map makes a good impression. You made some good improvements with the structure of the map like the fire position for the Tyranids at the warehouse objective or the small way from the red room to the hall where the chimera´s are. The ways between the objectives looks to be shorter now. This isnt bad too.

Do you plan to add doors like on the old map? Especially you have a long view from the chimera hall to the garage objective. I see in my mind camping biovores and zoantrophes fireing incessantly to the garage objective.

The ramps in the red room objective are a little bit confusing at the moment. Maybe make this room a little bit more in one high.

I like the old Ichar IV map because of his good variation of ways especially in the middle of the map. But one cracking point is the way to the warehouse objective, where the space marines have just one way throught the gate and then they have to go through a Tyranids spawnzone before they reach the objective. This is often the point where the space marines dont get ahead the map. Maybe a second small way to this objective could be helpful.
