Yo.  I'm making a space hulk map because I have suddenly become obsessed with them and the fact that they have no skybox Cheesy.  (Typheron told me to >.>)  So, I'm FINALLY going to do something for you guys Cheesy!  The Tyranids will start in a more "Organic" part of the space hulk and the Space Marines spawn at a drop pod / Assault boat.  VERY enclosed space, Tyranids get the advantage, but meltagun and heavy bolter will work amazing at ends of corridors.

If anyone has anything to give me as in prefabs for like an imperial dropship or aquilas or textures for the tyrand part, send it to me at battleboar1337@gmail.com

how do you intend to tackle the idea of space hulk (closed in tight corridor fights) when the game included fex's Wink good luck is all i can say

Yes, the Fexes will be a challenge.
I guess you could have some connecting corridors smaller than Fex size, if they are short enough that its plasma belch can reach any cowering marines...

Protip: players wont use Fexes on this map.

So does anyone have a genestealer model?

We have a genestealer model, but its not going to be added anytime soon for various reasons which you can ask me about if your in IRC.

Currently there is no plan to disallow any models on any map, your going to have to let the fex do something, even if it is just wander about a cargo bay.

i like this idea.  allow the fexis to have a hard time moveing about in the smaller corridors and even in the larger spaces there should be junk that only the fex can destroy.  this could also be an oppotunity for lots of cover for both marines and nids

Yeah, good idea.
While the Fex won't be the carnage incarnate it is in other maps, the tactical benefits for the Nid team would justify using it.

Just remember to make the extra paths an advantage for the nids.
