I need help making a small army list!

I have 2 tac squads, 1 librarian, I have a captain sicarius model ready to convert.  I have 1 Assault squad also.  help meh!  a 500 - 1000 point army if possible would be nice.

Terminator honours for everyone - is that a Blood Ravens thing?

terminator honours is like basic upgradeds for any commander you have.

Yeah sergeants need termie honours if you want to take additional wargear for them. Basicly it makes them veteran sergeants.

I equip all my high-rank soldiers (everyone in command squads, sergeants, vets, specialists, etc.) with Terminator honours so I won't get maced so quickly in the field. I have a Veteran Sergeant who has Artificer armour, a Combi-Melta and Bionics for use in Command squad units. But if it's for anything such as Armageddon (The upcoming tournament for 40k, so I am lead to believe by my store manager) then I'd have him as a normal Veteran sergeant for stuff such as Devastator squads, Veteran squads or Tactical squads.

i think he means Apocalypse  

if he does its not a tornement but a game expansion for battles raging up to 4000+ points with multiple superheavys and new flyer rules.

well the flyer rules for apoc are awsome. and since i have multiple flyers i want to play some of the rules for apoc in normal 40k games
