BUG: Thunderhawk - Tyranids are able to respawn continually after the final objective is captured.
Workaround: delete the SourceMods/EX/maps/soundcacheWorkaround: delete the SourceMods/EX/maps/soundcache/ folder (please PM me with confirmation this works)/ folder (please PM me with confirmation this works)
BUG: Digsite has crippiling graphical lag now in the tyranid spawn area due to the new area being added.

BUG: Thunderhawk - Marines are spawning in the spawn of the tyranids after pushing the button next to the hawk

BUG: Thunderhawk - If you climb the green boxes next to the fences (entrence to the inner map as a marine), u can fall behind them and get stucked. There is no way out any more.

BUG: Switching to the desktop during a game moves your hud and your x-hair to the left side of the screen. But not everytime :S (Windows 7)

Windows 7: After starting the game or during a mapchange the sound is turned low every time. You have to switch it manually.

Missing textures have been reported in Lycantium as of beta 5.02.  I suspect a problem with the self extracting installer.

The "Porngun" bug

3rd person melta heat effect shows a lot of red big "X" instead of the normal FX in 5.03

bug: veteran chainsword combo has incorrect world model ( chainsword is small and hes holding it like a knife downwards, while he holds the plasma pistol by the muzzle. seems to be missing textures also )

BUG: plasma sword combo still a bit buggy. while the pistol and sword are in place (and no textue miss on the world model) the chainsword is still undersized and small.

Unable to spawn after changing map to ex_thunderhawk or ex_spacehulk. Affects any map that does not specify an initial objective for the teams in ex_gameplay.

+++ Fixed in 5.041 - Only the server needs to install this patch +++

BUG/SUG: The switch to open the door to the marine spawn on Digsite is not totally clear (due to it being in slight shadow inside the door). Stick a light above it to make it clear what it is.

Had a player trying to blow the door open cos he could not find the switch today.

Capless Carnifex Bug:

Carnifexes cannot USE anything (eg  capture buttons) unless they are crouched, due to their collision boxes being larger than the range being checked by the USE command.

When a player disconnects we see a white kill message for ERRORNAME

BUG: Team switch cannot be closed without selecting a team.  Pressing the team switch key displays options 1, 2, 3, and ESC.  ESC is supposed to cancel, but it only goes to the menus.  One can close the menu by selecting the team they are on.  This also closes option 3 (Learn about the teams), which is otherwise not closable.

Infinite loop interface bug.

In team selection, to cancel selecting a team, press esc.
If you press esc, the general valve menu show up.
If you get rid of that, you're still in the team selection window.

So basically you can't change your mind regarding changing team.
I lost a carnifex over that one.

BUG: Chose Carnifex in Lycantium.
Then I guess I spawned inside a wall at the outpost. Couldn't move at all, I guess the marines who were running all over the place couldn't see me, since they didn't try to shoot me.
Trying to walk, sprint and attack activated the sound effects, but no visible effects.
Tried "changing team" staying tyranid, but this didn't help.
Had to change to SM to fix the problem.

I got a screenshot, comming up when I find somewhere online to drop it.

++ This sort of things usually result from the server having more players than there are spawn points.   The standard maps are only built to support 8 players per team. ++
